Objective
The fundamental purpose of the Green India Mission in Raisen is to create better livelihood chances for people living adjacent to forests by giving skill training and job opportunities. The goal of the mission is to enhance the independence of these communities from forest resources, thereby improving both forest conservation and the level of green cover.
Scope
The scope of the mission involves:
- At the end of the fiscal period 2024-25, there will be training available and placement opportunities for 450 eligible candidates living close to the forests in Raisen . The learning agenda emphasizes multiple sectors, with a dual goal of promoting sustainable livelihood creation and sustaining ecological preservation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations interested in providing skill training under this initiative must meet the following requirements: Mandatory is a government, semi-government, or private sector organization. Registration for a minimum of three years should be required. Should have a minimum annual turnover of ₹10 lakh.
Required Documents
To participate in the tendering process, the following documents are essential:
1. Registration Certificate (RC), Trust Deed,
2.Certificate of Incorporation (COI) MOA / Bylaws / AOA Details of the NGO or organization’s PAN card and GST are available.
3.NGO Darpan ID Verification of documents affirmed on a ₹100 Stamp Paper through an affidavit. 4.The last three financial year Audit Reports include (2021-22), (2022-23), and (2023-24). Chartered Accountant has certified a Turnover Certificate.
5.For the assessment years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25, Income Tax Returns.
6.Previous projects have led to Work Orders and MOU documents.
7.Candidates’ certificates of placement (Letter of Intent – LOI) Certificates for professionals qualified under Training of Trainer (TOT).
8.Offer Partner ID and precise information on the training center.
Mode of Application
All submission should take place via the MP Tender Portal on its official website (www.mptenders.gov.in).
Payment Ratio and Fee Structure
Tender Fees: You can submit payment for the tender through the tender portal over the internet.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): The bidder will receive ₹20,000 back once the MOU is signed, but if the bidder declines to sign, it will be forfeited.
Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): An additional ₹20,000 is necessary at the moment of signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which assures that the training provider will stick to the agreed terms.
Last Date for Submission
The final date for submitting proposals is 07 October 2024, at 11:00 AM. To avoid disqualification, you have to submit all relevant papers and complete the application process before this deadline.
