  9. Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the previous three assessment years (2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025).
  10. Annual Progress Reports for the last three financial years.
  11. NGO Bank Account Details.
  12. Aadhar and PAN Card details of the authorized signatory.
  13. Letterhead of the NGO with contact details​

Payment Ratio and Funding

Cipla allocates up to ₹2 crore for its CSR initiatives, as per the guidelines under the Companies Act, 2013, which mandates that at least 2% of the average net profit of the last three financial years be spent on CSR activities.
