Introduction:
The Mukhya Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (MMKVY) is an initiative by the Rajasthan Government to provide skill training to the youth of the state. This program aims to enhance employability by equipping young individuals with industry-specific skills.
Objectives of MMKVY
The MMKVY aims to:
- Provide Industry-Aligned Training: Ensuring that the youth receive training tailored to current market needs, boosting their employability in high-growth sectors.
- Promote Job Placement and Self-Employment: By collaborating with industry partners, the program facilitates internships and job placements, fostering both employment and entrepreneurial ventures.
- Support Continuous Growth: After training, the program offers ongoing support for one year to aid career advancement and job stability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The organization must be operational for at least 3 years.
- Preference is given to agencies with self-owned skill development centers.
- The organization must have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 3 Crores from skill development activities.
- Applicants should not be blacklisted by any government agency.
Mode of Registration:
Applications must be submitted online, with a non-refundable proposal processing fee of Rs. 30,000. Government institutions and PSUs are exempt from this fee.

- Other relevant certifications as per sector and organization type
Funding and Financial Assistance:
The scheme offers funding of up to Rs. 5 Crores. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 1,00,000 is required, refundable for unsuccessful applicants. Selected agencies will need to provide a Performance Bank Guarantee.
