In a nation as diverse and spiritually rich as India, commemorating the lives of great saints and social reformers plays a crucial role in preserving heritage and fostering social harmony. One such commendable initiative is the Babu Jagjivan Ram Scheme for Celebration of Birth/Death Anniversary of Great Saints, launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.

This scheme, named after the legendary leader Babu Jagjivan Ram, is a testament to India’s commitment to acknowledging and spreading the ideals of equality, justice, and empowerment, especially among marginalized communities.
