Scope of Work Under Mega Skill Centers in Bihar :

The scope of work defined by BSDM includes complete setup and operation of the centers. Execution Partners must handle:

1. Infrastructure Setup

• Establish modern training labs and smart classrooms

• Install machinery, tools, software, and e-learning setups

• Provide raw materials and consumables for hands-on training

2. Training Delivery

• Conduct training as per BSDM-approved curriculum (NSQF-aligned)

Government Fees for Mega Skill Center EOI :

According to BSDM guidelines:

Document Fee

• ₹5,000 (non-refundable)

• To be paid through Demand Draft in favour of:
  “Bihar Skill Development Mission”, payable at Patna

Eligibility Criteria for BSDM Mega Skill Centers (2025) :

To apply for establishing a Mega Skill Center, the agency must qualify under these criteria:

1. Legal Status

Must be a registered:

• Company

• Society/Trust

• Autonomous Body

• Cooperative Society

• Partnership Firm / LLP

• Proprietorship

Must have minimum 10 years of existence.

2. Type of Organization

Should be:

• Industry Partner

• Sector Skill Council

• Industry Association

• Recognized Academic Institution

3. Financial Strength

• Minimum average turnover: ₹20 crore (FY 2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25)

• Must have positive net worth

4. Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in training/skill development/capacity building

5. Accreditation

• ISO 9001 / ISO 21001 / ISO 29990 or equivalent certification

6. Compliance

• Must NOT be blacklisted by any government body.
